Please read these Terms of Service carefully before placing an order. They apply to every purchase made on opalreid.com and, together with our Payment Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy and Privacy Policy, form the agreement between you and us.

opalreid.com is operated by Takeover Enterprises LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, under the brand name Opal Reid. 2. Who These Terms Apply To

Our Website is intended for consumers aged 18 or over buying for personal use. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.

3. How the Contract Is Formed

Product listings on our Website are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. When you place an order, you are offering to buy the products in your basket. The contract between you and us is formed when we send you an email confirming your order.

Before you submit your order, you can review it at checkout and correct any input errors. We may decline an order — for example, if an item is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if a payment cannot be verified. If that happens, we will tell you and refund any amount paid in full.

These terms and the contract are available in English only.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). The total price, including any applicable taxes and delivery charges, is shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery within the United Kingdom is free. Payment is taken when you place your order — see our Payment Policy for details.

5. Products

We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and garment measurements may vary slightly from our size guides. This does not affect your rights if a product is not as described.

6. Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom only. Delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Products are your responsibility from the time they are delivered to the address you gave us, and they become your property once we have received payment in full.

7. Your Right to Cancel

You have the legal right to cancel your contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. How to cancel, how to return items and how refunds work are explained in our Refund & Return Policy, which also contains the model cancellation form.

8. Your Legal Rights

9. Our Responsibility for Loss or Damage

If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or of our failure to use reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is obvious that it will happen, or if both of us knew it might happen when the contract was made.

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products.

We supply products for domestic and private use only, and we are not liable to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.

10. Use of Our Website

You must not misuse our Website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access to it, introducing malicious code or using it for any unlawful purpose. All content on the Website — including text, images, logos and the Opal Reid name — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.

11. Your Personal Data

We use your personal data only as set out in our Privacy Policy.

12. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, strikes or carrier disruption. If such an event is likely to delay your order significantly, we will contact you, and you may cancel and receive a full refund for any products you have paid for but not received.

13. Complaints

If you have a complaint, please contact us at support@opalreid.com. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days and to resolve complaints as quickly as possible.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on our Website when you placed the order.

15. Other Important Terms

If a court finds any part of these terms invalid, the rest will continue to apply. If we delay in enforcing any of these terms, we can still enforce them later.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, you can bring proceedings in either the Scottish or the English courts; if you live in Northern Ireland, in either the Northern Irish or the English courts.
