Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains your right to cancel, how to return an item and how refunds work. Nothing in it affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

14-Day Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a person you nominate (other than the carrier), receive the goods. If your order is delivered in several parcels, the period ends 14 days after the day you receive the last one. You can also cancel an order at any time before it is delivered.

How to Cancel

To cancel, tell us of your decision with a clear statement sent by email to support@opalreid.com, or by post to Takeover Enterprises LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Please include your name, your order number and the item(s) you are cancelling. You may use the model cancellation form below, but you do not have to. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your message before the 14-day period has expired.

Returning Your Items

After you tell us you are cancelling, we will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
You must send the items back within 14 days of the day you told us you wished to cancel.
Please use a tracked postal service and keep your proof of postage.

Return Costs

If you cancel because you changed your mind, you pay the direct cost of returning the items.
If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we cover the cost of the return.
We never charge a restocking fee.

Condition of Returned Items

You may handle and try on items as you would in a shop to check their size, nature and characteristics. If an item has been handled beyond this — for example worn outdoors, washed, altered or damaged, or with its labels removed — we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value. Please return items in their original packaging where possible.

Refunds

We refund the price of the items and the standard delivery charge you paid (delivery within the United Kingdom is free).
Your refund is made within 14 days of the day we receive the items back or, if earlier, the day you provide evidence that you have sent them back. If you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund you within 14 days of your cancellation.
Refunds are made to the original payment method, and we do not charge any fee for them.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described:

within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to reject it and receive a full refund;
after 30 days, you are entitled to a repair or replacement, and if that is not possible or does not resolve the fault, to a price reduction or a refund;
you may have further rights for up to six years from delivery (five years in Scotland).

Please contact us at support@opalreid.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will arrange the return at our cost.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Any item that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once unsealed would be clearly marked on its product page before you buy.
